Kude Rock Garden
Amazing Stone Garden
Kude Rock Garden is set in over 18 acres of indigenous trees, aloe and rock formations plus two streams that are fed from Violet Spring. The garden was established to honour our dad John Kude who loved on sit on a rock in the Estate Grounds. Kude Rock Garden is a peaceful and calm place.
Discovering the rocks - on the 6th of July 2021, we discovered the rocks and natural aloe whilst chasing Mozambicans who had crossed over to cut trees. Tree cutting continues to be a big challenge for the Estate in its efforts to preserve the natural environment for future generations.
There is also a spring on the Estate "Violet Springs" which has been named in honour of our mom to celebrate her adventurous spirit.
